Last week we
held our Inaugural Caring For You Ball to celebrate the passion and dedication
of Managers in Aged Care.
A Great Gatsby,
1920s theme ensured an amazing atmosphere.
Over 180
attendees were dressed in their finest and danced the night away along to
Melbourne band BigCityBeat.
Caring For You
CEO Louise Thomson dazzled the audience with a daring champagne tower.
General Manager
Steve Thomson shared the exciting news that the Caring For You App for Clients
and Members is now available. There are separate apps for clients and members.
The client app will enable you to book staff online immediately. The members
app will allow members to put in their availabilities, accept shifts and put in
their time sheets.
Loyalty Awards
for 10 years of service at Caring For You were given to Mary Burgess Internal
Allocations Manager and AIN Jenny Bouwmeester. Director of Nursing Rosemary
Jackman form Parkhill Gardens Mornington was also recognised for a lifetime of
passion and dediction within the Aged Care Industry. Well-done ladies!
A range of
other awards for best-dressed male and female, most involved in the theme, and
best dancers among others were also handed out.
All in all the
night was a great success. We would like to say a special thank you to our
